Segments in Lead Commerce are a way of organizing your customer base into different stages of the order lifecycle. Segments are a powerful tool that allow you to retarget your customer base through email marketing efforts.



Customer Non-purchasers (Last 180 days)All customers who have not ordered from us in the last 180 days.
Customer Non-purchasers (Last 90 days)All customers who have not ordered from us in the last 90 days.
Customer Orders (Last 180 days)All customers who have placed an order in the last 180 days.
Customer Orders (Last 120 days)All customers who have placed an order in the last 120 days.
Customer Orders (Last 90 days)All customers who have placed an order in the last 90 days.
Customer Orders (Last 30 days)All customers who have placed an order in the last 30 days.
New Customers (90 days)All customers who have created an account in the last 90 days.
New Customers (30 days)All customers who have created an account in the last 30 days.

Details:

Segment NameThis is the name of the Segment.
StatusThis is the current status of the Segment.
DescriptionThis is a brief description of the Segment criteria.

Customers:

Update Segment (Button)This allows you to manually run this Segment to calibrate the current list of customers that meet this particular Segment’s criteria.

File Upload Section:

File UploadThis section displays all files that have been associated to this category.
Upload Files ButtonThis button is used to upload one or multiple files to the category from your computer.
Row level ColorboxIf you click on each file that has been uploaded it will open a dialogue window to allow you to make changes to the file name, to display the file in the customer portal and view the full path URL.
File NameThe name of the file
File URLThe full path URL of the file.

History Section:

UserThis column indicates which user made the change to this Category.
ActionThis column indicates what was done.
Modified OnThis column indicates when the change occurred.
