This support article will discuss how to cancel a work order in Lead Commerce
Step One:
1. Navigate to Catalog> Inventory> Work Orders
Step Two:
Select the work order you would like to cancel to drill down into the work order Details window
Select the Task tab to see the open task details. Here you can select the red Cancel button.
Now the Task within the work order is cancelled, but not the entire work order - still leaving some inventory committed to it. Next, we will want to cancel the products from the work order, effectively cancelling the work order.
Step Three:
Select the Products tab, then drill into the products on the work order. Here you can select the products and select the red delete button. Your work order will now enter into Canceled status
Save and Close
