Lead Commerce is a powerful order management solution that helps keep track of your orders through a powerful, logical order lifecycle workflow. Our order management solution will track orders from the storefront, email or fax orders, phone orders as well as other 3rd party channels such as Amazon, eBay and others. Along with this powerful capability, our Inventory Management feature helps you understand which orders can be fulfilled immediately, partially, or that are backordered. Lead Commerce keeps track of all of these different status' automatically, so you have complete visibility into your business and the order process.
The Order Status' of Lead Commerce are as follows:
| Quote | The Quote status allows you to draft an order without impacting your inventory. You can add customers, add products, apply discounts and even take payments before actually placing the Quote and it turning into an Order. |
| Pending | Pending status means that all line items on an Order are In Stock and have been committed to all Fulfillment records. Fulfillments are nothing more than a unique record of a shipment. Lead Commerce automatically creates the exact number of Fulfillments that you need, in order to ship the entire Order in full. |
| Processing | The Processing status indicates that either the Packing Slip, Pick List or Both of these documents have been printed or downloaded. This is an indication to anyone viewing this information that the order is in progress and that items are being readied for shipping. |
| Backordered | All line items on an Order are backordered. If any line items are Partially Backordered and one or more line items are Backordered, then the Order status will be Backordered. |
| Partially Backordered | If any line items with multiple units are in stock and also backordered, then the line item will be in a Partially Backordered status. If no other line items are Backordered, then the Order Status will be Partially Backordered. |
| Partially Shipped | If all line items are either Pending or Processing and no line items are in Backordered or Partially Backordered status, and at least one line item has been Shipped, then the Order status will be Partially Shipped. |
| Shipped | All line items on an Order are Shipped. |
| Pending Return | If one or more line items have an RMA associated to it with a Pending Return status, and no other line items on an Order have been returned, and no other line items are Backordered or Partially Backordered, then the Order status will be Pending Return. |
| Partially Returned | One or more line items on an order have been returned and no line items on the Order are in Backordered status, then the Order status will be Partially Returned. |
| Returned | All line items on an Order have been returned. |
| Canceled | All line items on an order have been Cancelled. |
