Customer Emails

Customer Email Responders allow you to send your customers different types of information when they perform certain actions.

Customer Email Responders are found by navigating to the following area:

Settings → Autoresponders → Customer Emails

Customer Email Responders include:

LeadsThis will allow you to send specific messages to different types of customers based on the Customer Type settings.
CustomersThis will allow the system to send emails to customers when they have created a new account or registered.

Customer Emails consist of the following sections:

Details:

NameThis is name of the overall Customer Email autoresponder you are creating.
StatusThis is the status of the Customer Email responder. It can Active, Inactive and Archived.

Leads:

Lead SubjectThis is the subject of the email that the lead would receive after filling out the form.
Lead EmailThis is the body of the email that the new Lead would receive after filling out the form.
Admin Lead SubjectThis is the subject of the new Lead that any users assigned to the Role(s) to receive these confirmations would see.
Admin Lead EmailThis is the body of the new Lead email that any users assigned to the Role(s) to receive these confirmations would see.



Customers:

Customer SubjectThis is the subject line that the customer would see when they register.
Customer EmailThis is the body of the email that a customer will see when they register.
Admin Customer SubjectThis is the Admin email subject heading they would receive if they have access to this setting in their role.
Admin Customer EmailThis is the body of the email that admins will receive when a new customer registers on their storefront.

Tags

Tags are a way of building in dynamic data into your Autoresponders. Tags allow you to bring in system tags, custom attributes that you have created.

File Upload Section:

File UploadThis section displays all files that have been associated to this category.
Upload Files ButtonThis button is used to upload one or multiple files to the category from your computer.
Row level ColorboxIf you click on each file that has been uploaded it will open a dialogue window to allow you to make changes to the file name, to display the file in the customer portal and view the full path URL.
File NameThe name of the file
File URLThe full path URL of the file.

History Section:

UserThis column indicates which user made the change to this Category.
ActionThis column indicates what was done.
Modified OnThis column indicates when the change occurred.
