System Users are logins that can access the Back Office area. All subscription plans get at least one login and most others get more than one.
System Users are associated to a role. For Basic and Standard Subscriptions, only one role is available which is Administrator.
System Users consist of the following sections:
Details:
User Role | The User Role is what privileges you have throughout the back office area. By default, Lead Commerce creates one role called Administrator and assigns all Modules to this role (full access). |
Status | This is the user’s status. It can be Active, Inactive and Archived. Inactive and Archived users will not be able to log into the back office system. |
First Name | This is the first name of the system user. |
Last Name | This is the last name of the system user. |
Email Address | This is the system user’s email address. |
Phone | This is the telephone of the system user. |
Profile Picture | This is the system users profile picture which will show up in the top right hand corner of the login box as well as on the history section of the entire back office. |
User Preferences:
Default Rows | This is the default number of rows in all tables across the entire back office. The options are 10, 25, 50 or 100. |
Column Alignment | This will allow a system user to specify if they want the table data to appear adjusted left, middle or right. |
Default Login Tab | This option allows users to specify which module they would like to be loaded into on login. |
Timezone | This allows users who work in different timezones to see what time certain things changed a local time parameters. |
Login:
Login | this is the username the system user will enter on the login page for the back office |
Password | This is the users custom password |
Confirm Password | This field ensures the user has typed their password correctly again |
File Upload Section:
File Upload | This section displays all files that have been associated to this category. |
Upload Files Button | This button is used to upload one or multiple files to the category from your computer. |
Row level Colorbox | If you click on each file that has been uploaded it will open a dialogue window to allow you to make changes to the file name, to display the file in the customer portal and view the full path URL. |
File Name | The name of the file |
File URL | The full path URL of the file. |
History Section:
User | This column indicates which user made the change to this Category. |
Action | This column indicates what was done. |
Modified On | This column indicates when the change occurred. |
