Order Email Autoresponders are found in the following module:
Settings → Autoresponders → Order Emails
Order Email Autoresponders allow you to customize the emails and PDF documents your customers receive from the Lead Commerce system.
Additionally, Lead Commerce offers a tagging system within the Order autoresponders to allow you to pull in system information, custom attribute values and other pertinent data.
Order Emails autoresponders consist of the following sections:
Details:
Name | This is the name of the Order Email templates. |
Status | This is the current status of the Order Email autoresponder. |
Pick List:
Pick List PDF | This field allows you to customize the existing template or create a new template for the pick list. |
Packing Slip:
Packing Slip PDF | This field allows you to customize the existing template or create a new template for the packing list. |
Tracking:
The Tracking Order Autoresponder allows you to customize the order tracking email template that customers will receive when you ship their orders and line items using the Fulfillments feature.
Tracking Subject | This is the tracking email subject that will appear in the subject field of the email. This can use both regular text and tags. |
Tracking Email | This section is dedicated to the basic html that makes up your order tracking emails. This section can run basic text, html and Tags. |
Tracking PDF | This section is dedicated to the basic html that makes up your order tracking emails. This section can run basic text, html and Tags. This will take all html, text and tags and convert this to a PDF. Please ensure that all of your html is PDF compliant and check the PDF to ensure it looks correct before deploying it. |
Order Summary:
The Order Summary Autoresponder allows you to customize the order email as well as the order PDF that your customers receive when they place an order with you.
Order Summary Subject | This is the subject of the order summary email that a customer will receive when placing an order in the system. |
Order Summary Email | This is the html and template code for the order summary email. |
Order Summary PDF | This is the html and content for the order summary PDF that accompanies the order summary email as an attachment. |
Returns
Order Pending Return Subject | This is the subject field of the emails which are sent out when an RMA is created in the back office for an order. |
Order Pending Return Email | This is the email body of the email that is sent when a new RMA is created in the back office. |
Order Pending Return PDF | This is the RMA PDF which customers will download and print out and include in the return packaging. |
Order Completed Return Subject | This is the subject heading of the email that is sent when an RMA has been received by the merchant. |
Order Completed Return Email | This is the email body of the email that is sent when a RMA has been received by the merchant. |
Tags
Tags are a way of building in dynamic data into your Autoresponders. Tags allow you to bring in system tags, custom attributes that you have created as tags and tag loops which let you loop through a list of products for example.
File Upload Section:
File Upload | This section displays all files that have been associated to this category. |
Upload Files Button | This button is used to upload one or multiple files to the category from your computer. |
Row level Colorbox | If you click on each file that has been uploaded it will open a dialogue window to allow you to make changes to the file name, to display the file in the customer portal and view the full path URL. |
File Name | The name of the file |
File URL | The full path URL of the file. |
History Section:
User | This column indicates which user made the change to this Category. |
Action | This column indicates what was done. |
Modified On | This column indicates when the change occurred. |
