System Emails are emails that are outside of the traditional multi-template process. In contrast to Order and Customer templates where you can have multiple versions of each, System Emails
System Emails consist of the following options:
| Purchase Orders | This option allows you to customize the layout of your Purchase Order that you will typically send to your vendors for more product. |
| Support Tickets | This option lets you customize the look and feel of the support tickets that your customers will receive and respond to. |
| Forgot Password | This allows you to customise the look and feel (design) of the forgot password email. |

Tags are a way of building in dynamic data into your Autoresponders. Tags allow you to bring in system tags, custom attributes that you have created.
