System Emails are emails that are outside of the traditional multi-template process. In contrast to Order and Customer templates where you can have multiple versions of each, System Emails

System Emails consist of the following options:

Purchase Orders	This option allows you to customize the layout of your Purchase Order that you will typically send to your vendors for more product.
Support Tickets	This option lets you customize the look and feel of the support tickets that your customers will receive and respond to.
Forgot Password	This allows you to customise the look and feel (design) of the forgot password email.

Tags:

Tags are a way of building in dynamic data into your Autoresponders. Tags allow you to bring in system tags, custom attributes that you have created.
